ABOUT Federal Retirement Benefits Center

Federal Retirement Benefits

The people at the Federal Retirement Benefits Center are financial professionals committed to helping Federal Employees understand their retirement benefits and how they fit into an overall retirement plan. Our goal is to provide education and information that helps Federal employees better prepare for retirement. We offer free educational workshops, seminars, webinars and individual meetings for Federal Employees. We prepare a complimentary Federal Retirement Income Analysis and Report, available to any Federal Employee, is a comprehensive overview of each employee's specific retirement finances. We will spend as much time as necessary to explain all the information and relevance to your specific finances in this report.

We are different than other groups that provide services to Federal Employees. First and most importantly, we provide as much education and information as you want or need, to help you understand all aspects of your Federal Benefits.

Second, we can help you implement financial strategies that make sense for your personal situation – on a stand-alone basis, or as part of a comprehensive financial plan that includes both your Federal Benefits and other financial resources.

We approach every Federal Employee meeting with a straightforward desire to help you fully understand how your Federal Benefits work. This information is important whether retirement is years away or just around the corner. We have no preconceived agenda or any conflicts of interest.

Our benefits workshops are simply intended to inform and educate so that you feel empowered. We are sensitive to the amount of information we present and try not to overwhelm you. We are available during and after our workshops to answer your questions, and we will meet with you individually to go into detail about your personal situation.

Federal employees have excellent benefits, but they are unique and complex. The overwhelming majority of financial advisors do not understand the subtleties and intricacies of your Federal Benefits. Lack of understanding may lead to mistakes that lead to forfeiture of the benefits you have earned. With our help you will be able to make informed decisions about your future.

The Federal Retirement Benefits Center organizes benefits workshops onsite and off.

Our educators are specially trained and have years of Federal HR knowledge. They present the information you need and provide real life examples to expand on and illustrate specific topics.

At every workshop, attendees have an opportunity to request a complimentary Retirement Income Report. This frequently requested report by Federal employees helps you plan for your retirement, whenever that is, with a written blueprint that includes an evaluation of your cash flow and living expenses, benefits and retirement finances, both before and after you retire. It specifically details your retirement income to help ensure you can enjoy a more secure retirement, without being forced to go back to work.

For many, this is the first time a true financial retirement plan and analysis has ever been completed on their behalf that’s simple and easy to understand.

While HR can provide a good general benefits report, we find most Federal employees are more interested in a detailed analysis of their complete retirement income which goes into greater depth than what HR may offer.

Our Benefits Analysis Report can provide Federal Employees substantial detailed information about their personal benefits scenario. This report is compiled using information that we gather from you. We then generate a personalized report that outlines all the various components of your Federal Retirement Benefits:

  • CSRS/FERS Annuity
  • Survivor Benefits
  • Federal & State Taxes
  • Social Security Supplement
  • FEGLI – Federal Employee Group Life Insurance
  • FEHB – Federal Employees Health Benefits
  • FLTCIP – Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program
  • TSP – Thrift Savings Plan
  • Eligibility and Service
Click on the Request button to have us contact you about a Free Benefits Analysis

We use a two meeting process to gather your information (meeting #1), create your report using our Federal Benefits analysis process and then sit down with you to walk through all the details of your report (meeting #2). We will spend as much time with you as necessary to address any complicated aspects of your benefits and make sure you understand everything in your report.
