Richard Eller is the President and Founder of The Federal Retirement Benefits Center. He works with a team of Federal employee benefits experts that are committed to helping educate you on the most important decisions affecting your financial future and retirement income. Since 1984, Mr. Eller has specialized in the retirement income planning area. Rich and his Team have years of service, and combined with specialized Federal Benefits training and experience with numerous Federal employees, can provide a retirement income plan that fits your specific needs. He comes from a family of military personnel, VA medical services and a history of working with Federal Government employees.
Mr. Eller helps conservative retirement focused employees maximize their Federal benefits into a cohesive blueprint. He graduated from the University of Rochester and successfully completed the graduate financial planning program at Fairfield University. He began his career in corporate banking at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Bank in New York City. Later, he specialized in advising Federal and State employees in prudent financial planning for a more secure retirement.
Mr. Eller often speaks to the public and was interviewed on radio and television. His popular retirement income planning workshops have been held in many locations. Rich was the host for a well-known radio financial program which aired in New York and Connecticut. He wrote a monthly newspaper column and authored other articles on planning and saving for retirement income, as well as working to reduce taxes during retirement.
The primary reason Rich works as an educator and independent retirement planning specialist is to have the freedom and ability to focus solely on Federal employee relationships without any potential conflicts of interest. Mark DiTondo is a 29 year veteran of the financial services world. As a retirement planning specialist, he has worked tirelessly, assisting conservative oriented people with prudent retirement income and protection plans. His past work experience includes many years with Met Life and MassMutual and is currently employed by Western & Southern, a $ 75 billion Fortune 500 company, founded in 1888. Mark has a history of working with and advising federal employees on how best to prepare for retirement and
better secure their future. He is a valued member of our federal employee retirement advisory team. Mark is a graduate of Cornell University.
Peter Flournoy is a CPA and Personal Financial Specialist who has practiced for more than 35 years. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Price Waterhouse and has also worked at a family office and as a financial planner. Currently, Peter serves as a tax and financial accounting expert, able to assist federal employees in numerous ways. Peter continues to work with Rich in supporting client needs in areas such as tax and prudent retirement income planning. Peter is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of CPAs. With his unique skill set, Peter is a valued member of our federal employee support and advisory team.
Yohan Jeffereis is an educational and instructional designer who has developed learning and training programs in the retirement and financial services area for more than thirty years. His past clients include Citibank, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. He has also helped create and enhance educational and training programs and presentations for federal employees. Currently, Yohan serves as a Learning Experience Designer for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in the Government Business Division serving mainly Medicare clients. He is a valued member of our federal employee retirement advisory team. His great depth of understanding of the financial and healthcare industry is a valuable asset to our federal employee support and advisory teams. Yohan earned his PhD from Columbia University in New York City.
Candi Dileo is the senior client manager of The Federal Retirement Benefits Center. She has capably and diligently handled all client interaction and relationships since 1998. Candi’s cheery disposition and can-do attitude ensures all federal employees are handled with immediate care and attention to their needs, while prudently maintaining strict confidentially. She is a new grandmother so feel free to ask her about it. Candi is critical to the continued success and support of our entire federal employee network of valued relationships.
