Since 1984, Mr. Eller has worked in the retirement planning sector. Rich comes from a family of military personnel, VA medical services, and a history of working with Federal Government employees.
Mr. Eller helps conservative retirement-focused employees maximize their federal benefits into a cohesive blueprint. He graduated from the University of Rochester, and successfully completed the graduate financial planning program at Fairfield University. He began his career in corporate banking at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Bank in New York City. He specializes in advising Federal employees on prudent financial planning and working for a more secure retirement.
Rich often speaks to the public and has been interviewed on radio and television. His popular retirement planning workshops for pre-retirees and retirees alike have been held in many locations. Rich was the host for a well-known radio financial program which aired in New York and Connecticut. He wrote a monthly newspaper column and authored other articles on investment management, saving for retirement and working to reduce taxes during retirement. He has hosted many live federal employee training programs for different federal agencies.

Rich spends his free time with his wife and two children, and an Australian Shepherd dog. He also enjoys traveling and woodworking. He and his family previously hosted an international exchange student. Currently, Rich is raising chickens and usually donates fresh eggs.

Ms. Alicia Gao is an experienced researcher and analyst, helping federal employees navigate their way through the TSP. Her expertise has helped numerous people increase and maximize their portfolios and helped them achieve a more secure retirement.
Previously, Ms. Gao was an Investment Consultant at CITIC Securities which is a premier financial service firm in China.
Ms. Gao holds an MS in Financial Risk Management from the University of Connecticut, a BS in Global Business from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BS in Finance from Nanjing Agricultural University.
During her free time, Alicia likes traveling, hiking outdoors, and cooking.
Ms. Gabriella Borges is Director, Client Support & Education Services at The Federal Retirement Benefits Center. She oversees all new and existing client management functions. Gabi also manages the day-to-day activities of our very busy office. Gabriella has worked for Wells Fargo and most recently, Morgan Stanley.
Gabriella graduated with a degree in Financial Investments and Markets from Western Connecticut State University. She enjoys volunteering with Junior Achievement and teaching the younger generation about saving money. During her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time outdoors with her dog.
Ms. Miriame Clement assists with new federal client support and administrative services. She is originally from Haiti and is currently attending Manhattanville College completing her Master’s Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management. Previously, Miriame was a client support specialist for a top-tier commercial real estate investment and management company.
In her spare time, Miriame likes to cook, practice Yoga, go bike riding and play with her pet Corgi.
